Help Desk & Field Technician
What You'll Do
- •First line of support for dental practices, troubleshooting software bridges, operating systems, and network connections.
- •Solve complex dental IT issues remotely and deliver hands-on technical installations at Cleveland-area offices.
- •Perform workstation upgrades, sensor driver calibrations, and general system health auditing.
- •Receive direct training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead client networks.

What You'll Do
- •Act as the organizational hub of our managed IT service provider, managing technician schedules and dispatcher flows.
- •Handle client communications, vendor relations, billing coordinates, and administrative support tasks.
- •Balance invoice reviews, client reporting, and internal office workflows to keep technicians focused on support.
- •Initiate process improvements and help coordinate startup practice buildouts.
